We found a home in an area that was well sought after. We called Mark while he was on vacation and told him we needed to sell our home right away and get an offer in on the new home. Within two days an offer was in and we were under contract. within the following week our home was listed. Under 30 days Mark was able to find a buyer for our existing home it was under contract.
